The Chania Health Runners Association, organizer of sports events, stores in a database the information you declare when you register for the sports event. Based on these data, it will publicly issue the results of your participation in the sporting event. Also based on these it will inform you about issues related to the sports event or other news related to this topic in the future.

The Health Runners Association of Chania films the sporting event and publicly displays video and snapshots during and after the event.
Your contact details and age are necessary for the correct processing of the results and for your safety as a participant in the sporting event in which you are participating.
For this reason we will store in the database the following:
- First name, last name, patronymic
- Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality
- Contact phone, Emergency phone
- Email, Address, Postal Code, City, Country
- Race and personal performance time
The athlete's name, year of birth and card will be published in the match results.
This information will remain in the database for 36 months. Only the Health Runners Association of Chania as the organizer, and VANGELIS KARAGIANNAKIS as the timekeeper of the sports event have access to them. The data is not subject to any processing and is not passed on to third parties.
